I started this journey January 7th of this year and hit my GOAL weight yesterday. November 19th. I couldn't be more excited. I only planned on losing about 30lbs when I started, but ended up losing 50.4lbs. I am on top of the world and couldn't be happier. Posted by a client in our Facebook group! " This is the first New Year's that I have not had the resolution to lose weight. I finally get to say, "I am going to maintain my goal weight for this year". This is a big step for me. I started plan on January 7, 2022 and I reached my goal of over 50lbs on November 19, 2022, with the help of my wonderful coach Keatha Landauer. I was very skeptical of this program when Keatha told me about it. I stalked the Elevate page for over 3 months before I talked to Keatha again about joining. The first week for me was the hardest, the detox, but then it got easier. Do I miss some of the foods I used to eat all the time, of course, but do I let that derail me from being in my size 10 jeans, not at all. I turned 61 on November 7th. I had told Keatha that this was the last program I would ever do, I was done trying. Now look at me I am at goal and loving life. So, if you are discouraged about your weight or just need to be motivated, this is the community you need to be in. I love reading all the success stories and it keeps me motivated to keep going. I had started transition right before Thanksgiving, but didn't stick with it, so then I thought I would try before Christmas and again, didn't stick to it. I did gain a couple pounds over the holidays but started right back on the 5&1 and I am back under my goal weight. The program works if you work the program. "

Thank you so much for all you do!!! I really get a lot out of your podcasts. I want to go re-listen to a lot with a pen in hand. My FAV episode was “its okay to wanna be skinny”. In a reverse way, you helped me NOT FEEL GUILTY about WANTING TO BE SKINNY and NOT liking being fat! I’m okay with NOT being happy with myself overweight because I KNOW I CAN do better. My mindset work comes with excepting a less than Model Body, once I lose the weight. I will still have knobby crooked knees, bigger thighs, droopy eyelids, menopause hair, etc. THOSE are the things I need to spend time working on. NOT being complacent with health issues and feeling like I need to hide saying I don’t like my body 50lbs over weight, because then I’m body shaming. I’m NOT body shaming, I’m simply saying I can do better. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS EPISODE!!
